No Name Road Community Weed Whack 8Mar08

On Saturday, March 8, 2008, about 30 community members converged on the "No Name" road at mile marker 41 that runs between Highway 19 and Kalopa Road. Using weed whackers, chain saws, and rakes, the team cleared assorted guinea grass, iron wood, and other plants that were blocking visibility on this often-used but unmaintained road. Also lending a hand was Hamakua County Councelman Dominic Yagong.
